The Managing Consultant – Performance Analytics role is part of our Advisors & Consulting Services team, which combines traditional consulting with our vast data assets and technologies. The Performance Analytics consultants are crucial in translating data into actionable insights, employing both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques. They design, implement, and scale analytical solutions that offer strategic recommendations to clients, spanning various industries including banking, retail, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements across diverse industries and problem statements.
  • Develop analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients to unlock value through data and technology solutions.
  • Manage relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and assess their agendas, internal culture, and change readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal the company stakeholders to scope projects and create solutions for clients.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior consultants and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience.
    • Experience in business intelligence and managing client relationships.
    • Knowledge of business KPIs and organizational leadership.
    • Proficient in data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Additional experience with Hadoop framework and coding (Impala, Hive, PySpark).
    • Relevant industry expertise and a Master’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).

Work Conditions:
Full-time, Hybrid

Language Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
