As a Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Digital Technology – Payments Specialist), you will oversee the complete design, execution, monitoring, and closing of payment-related projects. This includes tasks such as the integration of the Mastercard Payment gateway with third-party payment systems, co-badging activities, implementation of remittance solutions, and various wallet launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently.
- Implement complex technology and transformation programs.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure clear understanding of project scope and operations.
- Prepare reports for upper management related to project status.
- Manage client relationships and perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation and track performance to analyze the successful completion of goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering large, complex projects/programs in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
- Domain knowledge of the payments industry and hands-on experience in program management.
- Fluent in English and the local office language; proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably with a focus on payment systems project management.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management tools and advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
