The Advisors & Consulting Services within the company are responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. Our team combines traditional management consulting with the company’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. The Strategy & Transformation consultants lead clients through impactful decision-making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges by applying a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve overall strategy, performance, and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements.
  • Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assess client agenda, internal culture, and readiness for change.
  • Lead teams to create insights and sound business recommendations, delivering impactful client presentations while growing team members’ roles and skills.
  • Collaborate with internal company stakeholders to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital.
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.

Qualifications:

  • Basic qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.
    • Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder management.
    • Experience in managing key client relationships.
    • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
    • Ability to identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals.
    • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
    • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as the ability to apply for travel visas as needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions.
    • Relevant industry expertise.
    • MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required).

Work Conditions: This role involves the ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis and manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Language Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
