Key Accountabilities:
- Lead market and global product strategy by developing and evolving long-term growth plans for key market geographies and their associated product portfolios.
- Integrate customer, market, and commercial insights to formulate innovation and growth strategies.
- Drive strategic demand planning by creating 10+ year regional demand outlooks that inform investment, innovation, and resource decisions.
- Oversee local product and innovation pipelines, focusing on key market opportunities and hero products.
- Monitor and track performance and opportunity pipelines to support market-aligned growth delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and globally by building strong relationships with sales, regional support teams, and global growth teams to ensure alignment.
About you
You should possess strong experience in market strategy, innovation, marketing, or commercial planning, with a demonstrated ability to convert customer and market insights into concrete growth opportunities. Confidence in working across various stakeholders while balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery is essential.
You will also bring:
- A relevant qualification in marketing, business, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in developing market, product, or innovation strategies that drive commercial growth, preferably within the dairy, food, or B2B sectors.
- Strong capability in customer and market insights, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Commercial acumen with confidence in contributing to long-term demand planning and opportunity pipelines.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of and experience within the MEA market, which is critical for success in this position.
