Market Research Manager

As a Market Research Manager, you will be accountable for developing relationships with key clients and servicing their research requirements. You will demonstrate expertise across various research types such as Brand health tracking, C-SAT/Mystery Shopping, Usage & Attitude, and Custom Adhoc work. Your role involves being involved in all research-related stages including questionnaire development, data analysis, report writing, and client presentation, to drive smooth project execution independently or with team support.

Location: Riyadh, 01, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

• 5+ years relevant working experience, particularly in Market Research with quantitative projects.
• Strong client focus and understanding of research techniques to facilitate meaningful conversations with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations in Arabic is essential.
• Ability to understand all technical aspects of the research for effective internal and client-based conversations.
• Experience with analysis tools and data interpretation, with excellent numerical skills.
• Capability to mentor and guide team members, influencing and developing long-term relationships.
• Excellent skills in presentation development and delivery, with confidence in presenting insights and actions.
• Maturity and creative problem-solving skills to handle crises effectively.
• Experience in operating in a multi-cultural environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
