What You'll Do

  • Run the marketing board. Track social content and campaigns from brief to launch.
  • Support product launches end to end. Pull together the full set of launch communications (email, in-app pop-ups, push notifications, social media, help center, and FAQs), ensure every asset is ready, and align everything for launch day.
  • Execute campaigns. Set up and QA campaign emails, in-app flows, and landing pages, while keeping teams across the company updated on what’s going live and when.
  • Publish and schedule. Upload, format, and schedule content across social media, email, the app, and the newsletter. Check every detail before going live.
  • Manage the compliance workflow. Submit content and campaigns for review, track feedback and versions, and ensure nothing goes out without sign-off.
  • Support partnerships and events. Collaborate with team leads on creator and influencer collaborations, webinars, and events, while helping prepare briefs and track timelines.
  • Support shoots. Collaborate with our content team to prepare scripts, get approvals, and set schedules to ensure every shoot day runs smoothly.
  • Own the daily newsletter. Write and send the daily brief, along with the daily push notification.
  • Report on performance. Analyze channel and campaign numbers to pull together regular performance snapshots and insights to support team strategy.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Literature, or a related field. Fresh graduates and early-career applicants are welcome.
  • A track record of keeping many moving pieces on schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, natural writing in English.
  • An interest in investing and how people think about money.
  • Comfort with marketing tools, or the ability to pick them up quickly: email/CRM platforms, scheduling and analytics tools, a CMS, and project boards (ActiveCampaign, Sprout Social, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Calm, direct communication with writers, designers, product teams, compliance, and external partners.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow. You ask questions, take feedback well, and want more responsibility over time.

Some of Our Benefits

  • Remote and flexible work environment.
  • Diverse, driven, and supportive team with a positive work atmosphere (one of our core values).
  • A culture of growth - being mentored, coached, and supported to grow in your career.
  • Great company healthcare package with dental and optical coverage.
  • Learning and development budget.
  • Equity plan for all employees.
