Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies: Lead branding, messaging, and multi-channel marketing plans aligned with hotel goals, adjusting tactics based on market trends and performance data.
- Manage planning and operations: Oversee annual marketing budgets and coordinate resources for effective campaign deployment across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.
- Support B2B and catering sales: Partner with internal department leaders to develop marketing strategies that drive business transient, group, and event revenue across key segments and distribution channels.
- Lead content strategy: Drive the development of compelling content and marketing assets, including digital, print, and social media.
- Oversee agency relationships: Manage external partners such as PR, creative, and digital agencies to ensure alignment with strategic marketing goals.
- Report on marketing performance: Deliver strategic updates and data-driven insights for leadership, ownership, and corporate meetings.
- Cultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
