MARKETING COORDINATOR

About the Role
This position is responsible for driving sales growth for key accounts by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves managing receivables, executing promotional activities, and ensuring the availability of products in line with brand market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Propose and implement sales strategies to ensure sales growth of the key accounts managed.
• Track receivables to ensure prompt collection and adhere to acceptable debt levels by the company.
• Introduce and maintain the highest number of the company products, ensuring all portfolios are available in key accounts, reflecting brand market share.
• Propose and execute activities (promotions, quotations, purchase orders, delivery requirements, contracts, special orders, etc.) as applicable to drive sales growth.
• Monitor sales, merchandising activities, pricing, and payment terms in accounts to ensure proper implementation according to yearly contracts/quotations.
• Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients to facilitate the smooth execution of sales activities.
• Implement a call-cycle visit strategy for retail clients that includes:
  • Generating orders based on minimum and maximum stock levels.
  • Filling daily orders and following up on their processing at the client’s end.
  • Following up on previous order deliveries with the central warehouse for prompt fulfillment.

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar or related field.
