Responsibilities
- Promote awareness of brand image through guest interactions.
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
- Recognize and exploit opportunities for upselling and enhancements.
- Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
- Explain details related to sales presentations to potential owners.
- Verify eligibility of individuals for preview package sales/tours before scheduling.
- Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding property facilities and services.
- Follow company policies and ensure clean and professional appearance.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs; express genuine appreciation to guests.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the team.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods as needed.
- Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
