Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and communications strategy.
- Lead brand positioning across AI, autonomous systems, additive manufacturing, and advanced technologies.
- Manage digital, traditional, content, PR, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Promote solutions across industrial, healthcare, aerospace, construction, and consumer sectors.
- Lead corporate communications, media relations, thought leadership, and executive messaging.
- Manage participation in exhibitions, industry forums, and strategic events.
- Build relationships with government entities, clients, industry partners, media, and other stakeholders.
- Use market insights and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Manage the marketing budget and report on brand growth, campaign results, and business impact.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing activities with business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in brand management, corporate communications, PR, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in technology, advanced manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, aerospace, or other innovation-led sectors is preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM, content strategy, performance analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
- Experience working with government entities and senior stakeholders would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
