Responsibilities
- Make the company the Talk of the Town: Support and execute marketing campaigns that boost the company’s visibility, engagement, and reputation.
- Own the Social Buzz: Manage the company’s social media presence, coordinate content, and keep our channels fresh, relevant, and full of personality.
- Bring Campaigns to Life: Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events, and activations across the company and its F&B outlets.
- Design with Attitude: Create eye-catching visuals, posters, digital assets, and marketing materials that capture the company’s bold personality.
- Make Presentations Pop: Prepare professional, visually engaging presentations, reports, and marketing proposals that bring ideas, campaigns, and results to life.
- Build the Buzz: Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities, and local partnerships that put the company on everyone's radar.
- Keep Everything on Track: Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines, and campaign deliverables while ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Make Data Your Friend: Track campaign performance, social media insights, and marketing results to identify opportunities and improve future campaigns.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep an eye on hospitality trends, competitors, and what’s happening in Dubai’s vibrant lifestyle and F&B scene.
- Work the company Way: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and the hotel’s different departments to bring marketing plans and creative ideas to life.

- You’ve been around the creative block: With 4+ years of crafting killer content in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality, you know how to make every frame tell a story.
- You and your camera are besties: From perfect lighting to smooth edits, you’ve got the skills to make any moment look effortlessly iconic.
- You speak fluent Adobe: Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, you work your magic across them all (and if you know After Effects, the company’s extra impressed ).
- You juggle deadlines like a pro: Multiple projects? Tight timelines? No sweat. You keep your cool and still deliver jaw-dropping results.
- You’ve got social media in your DNA: Trends, reels, algorithms – you get it. You don’t just post content; you make people stop scrolling.
- You’re a creative powerhouse: Proactive, curious, and bursting with ideas, you thrive in the buzz of fast-paced energy.
- You’ve got the receipts: A portfolio that shows your edge, your eye, and your unique way of seeing the world: pure company energy.
