Responsibilities
- Promote brand awareness and maintain guest loyalty.

- Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations.
- Verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling.
- Determine and give complimentary items to guests for loyalty (e.g., rewards points, show tickets).
- Answer questions regarding property facilities and services.
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Ensure confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Protect company assets.
- Anticipate and address guest service needs; express genuine appreciation to guests.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests.
- Prepare and review written documents accurately.
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Support team goals and respond to employee concerns.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods as needed.
- Perform other job duties as requested by supervisors.
