Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Campaign Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end marketing cycle (Awareness, Interest, Conversion, Retention) for both events.
- Segmentation: Develop a sophisticated data-segmentation strategy to target specific niches: API manufacturers, biotech startups, government regulators, and big pharma C-suite.
- Budget Management: Full ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across paid, earned, and owned channels.
2. Digital & Content Marketing
- Lead Gen: Drive high-quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) for the sales team through inbound marketing and targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
- Content Authority: Oversee the creation of whitepapers, webinars, and industry reports that position the events as thought-leadership hubs.
- Automation: Manage the deployment of automated email journeys (Eloqua) to nurture prospects through the registration funnel.
3. Strategic Partnerships
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary marketing liaison for local health authorities and trade associations.
- Media Management: Negotiate barter agreements and manage relationships with key regional and international trade press.
4. On-site Experience & Analysis
- Experience Design: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the brand experience is seamless on the show floor.
- Data Reporting: Provide weekly KPI reports on registration pacing and exhibitors MQLs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B event marketing. Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare sectors is a significant advantage.
- Marketing Tech Stack: Mastery of Marketing Automation tools.
- Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Language: English is essential, Arabic is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
