What You Can Expect
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the growth and development of the brands within his/her segment in their assigned markets. This role involves developing and aligning the marketing strategy with the remaining marketing team as well as the commercial entity to successfully launch, develop, and drive the company's portfolio in Saudi Arabia, with an extended scope of CMFT in the Middle East and North Africa region. The Marketing Manager will work creatively and pragmatically to conserve resources and engage the product potential. Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong market knowledge and understanding its dynamics.
- Close collaboration with other departments, as well as training, engaging, and supporting local distribution channels.
- Offering an innovative perspective on product potential within the market.
How You'll Create Impact
- Support the development of clear market visibility and the understanding of the fast-changing market dynamics and changes.
- Develop a clear brand positioning within the company's portfolio.
- Develop the local brand strategy in line with the global strategic goals.
- Support the growth of a sustainable market segment in line with sales plans.
- Drive prioritization of activities based on maximizing business and customer impact.
- Continuously adapt marketing efforts to ensure maximal team collaboration with the commercial to deliver exceptional effectiveness of the marketing strategy.
- Create launch plans and business cases to support local business requirements.
- Align efforts with event planning teams to ensure effective training and launching of brands and procedures.
- Collaborate with RA/QA and logistics to ensure effective and timely delivery of products to all markets with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Conduct field visits to distributors, hospitals, and surgeons to drive the company's vision and ensure a strong local presence with product presentations and hands-on workshops where applicable.
- Drive distributors to continuously improve and develop their service excellence in line with the company's values.

Your Background
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Science
Professional Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a multinational sales or marketing environment within the orthopedic field.
Special Expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Languages
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
