Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals, vendor priorities, and local market trends.
- Localize and adapt regional campaigns for relevance across different META markets.
Vendor & Channel Campaigns
- Plan and implement joint marketing campaigns with vendors, channel partners, and end users.
- Manage co-marketing funds (MDF), ensuring compliance, ROI tracking, and timely execution of activities.
- Support partner enablement, demand generation, and product launch activities.
Events & Webinars
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, webinars, workshops, and roadshows (virtual and in-person).
- Collaborate with vendors, sales teams, and local partners to ensure event success.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage regional digital marketing efforts including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance, optimizing tactics based on analytics.
Content & Communication
- Work with global teams to adapt and create localized marketing collateral, including data-sheets, case studies, and landing pages.
- Develop messaging tailored to regional verticals, audiences, and use cases.
Team & Vendor Collaboration
- Act as the marketing point of contact for key cybersecurity vendors in the MENA region.
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and partner teams to support go-to-market plans.
- Lead the marketing department and manage the marketing team.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5–8 years of experience in regional B2B marketing, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or tech distribution.
- Strong understanding of channel marketing and co-branded campaigns.
- Proven ability to work across countries and cultures in META.
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, Lusha, WordPress).
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Ability to travel across the region.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience managing MDF and marketing compliance for key vendors.
- Background in value-added distribution or vendor/channel marketing.
