Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies for Leisure & Entertainment brands, including new launches and initiatives.
- Lead the planning, delivery, and optimization of marketing campaigns, activations, events, and partnerships.
- Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Utilize consumer insights, market data, and analytics to create targeted marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Identify cross-promotional opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer reach.
- Lead, support, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and ROI analysis to ensure cost-effective and impactful execution.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, industry trends, competitor activity, and compliance requirements to drive brand growth and ensure adherence to corporate and legal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within leisure, entertainment, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies across multiple brands and campaigns.
- Strong expertise in managing marketing budgets, campaign timelines, media planning, and ROI analysis to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Experience leveraging consumer insights, market research, and performance analytics to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to build partnerships with agencies, media partners, sponsors, and internal teams.
