Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks for Marketing Services target setting and reporting across all Sponsorship properties and other partnerships, overseeing implementation in close partnership with BPO and CEMEA Finance. Proactively report on sales pipelines and client activity, delivering any custom analyses as required.
- Design, implement, and optimize asset resale models, storylines, and insights for all Sponsorship properties to ensure maximum utilization of assets.
- Build and maintain a robust tracking mechanism to understand worldwide and CEMEA Sponsorship asset inventories across the Marketing Services business and sell-in status by client.
- Design a pricing methodology to ensure consistent pricing region by region, with clear margin targets by project/asset type.
- Represent Marketing Services’ interests in exploring new sponsorships and partnership opportunities, assessing client demand and subsequent revenue potential for new assets, and supporting enablement and commercialization.
- Develop best-in-class Marketing Services sales materials to support the robust sell-in of sponsorship programs with clients worldwide, alongside a library of case studies to promote knowledge sharing and reapplication across the Marketing Services organization.
- Partner with Finance and Sub-Regional Leaders to advance Marketing Service’s 3-year growth strategy and extend to a 2030 view, coupled with robust financial modeling and clear identification of Sponsorship building blocks driving growth.
- Support ongoing operations across key cross-functional and cross-geography touchpoints, including regular meetings with global and regional Marketing Services Leads, Sponsorship Client Integration Teams, Finance partners, and more.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, or MD); PhD with 9+ years of experience.
- Background in Sponsorship, Partnership Marketing or Go To Market preferred but not required.
- Understanding of the Marketing Services business and operating model is strongly preferred.
- Exceptionally strong financial acumen with the ability to structure and analyze financial models; P&L understanding is a must.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and quick follow-through.
- Proven track record of success independently driving large, complex programs of work.
- Creative thinker with a results orientation who approaches challenges thoughtfully and with appropriate urgency.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to succinctly synthesize complexity and influence senior audiences.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and experience in building new frameworks and processes.
- A great team member who adds energy, ideas, and fun to our team and corporate culture.
- Experience and/or interest in working in a regional role spanning multiple locations, cultures, and time zones preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
