What You’ll Do

  • Employ customer-facing skills for both direct-to-consumer and B2B services.
  • Run and iterate on automated email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Gather and analyze data to create insightful narratives driving growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research on customers and competitors.
  • Collaborate effectively and simplify complex tasks to ensure project clarity and delivery.
  • Engage actively in alignment projects such as documentation and communication frameworks.

What You'll Need

  • A degree in commerce, marketing, management, or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, self-start, and contribute under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, creative, and a critical thinker.
  • Understanding of the local digital and offline media landscape.
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • A procurement or legal background is a plus.
  • Strong business judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
