Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants for targeted brands and product types via phone/email or field visits.
  • Identify key selection addition opportunities of your targeted brands/product types by spotting popular trends to manage the portfolio toward a growth plan.
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your portfolio, using key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's tools and services to ensure efficient adoption across sellers.
  • Work closely with selling partners, educating them about the company's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
