Marketplace Consultant

The company, one of the world's leaders in e-commerce, is looking for a Marketplace Consultant to join its Third-Party Marketplace team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In a dynamic business development environment, you'll focus on contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation, business evaluation, and supporting the launch of new sellers as they make their products available to millions of customers. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to explore win-win opportunities with partners are essential as you help them grow their business on the company. Additionally, you will incorporate seller feedback into new opportunities to improve the company’s offerings for all third-party sellers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants for targeted brands and product types via phone/email or field visits.
• Spot popular trends to identify key selection addition opportunities, managing the portfolio towards a growth plan.
• Implement and track metrics for measuring the success and quality of sellers in your portfolio; use these metrics to guide your work.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's tools and services to ensure efficient adoption across sellers.
• Educate selling partners about the company’s high standards of delivery and customer experience.
