Marketplace Manager

About
We are looking for a talented leader to improve selection for the Marketplace business. He or she will also contribute to set the strategic vision for additional opportunities for the company’s Marketplace. The company Marketplace organization drives the Selling on the company business and develops solutions that enable millions of Selling Partners around the world to sell on the company. This Manager will execute this vision, leading across functional and technical teams and delivering a world-class experience for both buyers and Selling Partners for the categories. Candidates must be able to influence across multiple company organizations and have a good understanding of today’s global business environment.

Responsibilities

• On-boarding new selection to the company via Photoshoot at seller location, content creation and optimization, data formatting, barcode scanning, and bringing offline selection to online.
• Owning end-to-end the Selling Partner experience in SA for a set of categories to improve selection of the category by creating high-quality listings that generate new business for our sellers.
• Partnering with business and technical teams to grow new listings on the company marketplace.
• Identifying and driving new opportunities for the company’s Marketplace business by delivering high-quality product listings.

Requirements

• Background in international business, product and program management, and e-commerce.
• Ability to influence across multiple company organizations.
• Understanding of today’s global business environment.
