Key Responsibilities
Platform Growth
- Develop and execute growth strategies.
- Increase the number of active merchants.
- Drive sales volume and order growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
- Identify and implement growth opportunities.
Merchant Management
- Support merchant onboarding and activation.
- Train merchants on platform usage and best practices.
- Monitor merchant performance and improve results.
- Gather merchant feedback and improve their experience.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily platform operations.
- Improve operational processes and workflows.
- Resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure a smooth experience for merchants and customers.
Product & Platform Development
- Collect and analyze merchant and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the development team on improvements.
- Recommend new features and enhancements.
- Help prioritize platform improvements based on business impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, digital platforms, or business development.
- Strong understanding of growth and sales metrics.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
