Responsibilities
- Sell snacks products to meet given volume/value targets.
- Follow call steps and build good relationships with customers by providing timely and excellent service.
- Adhere to a journey plan to service all customers and perform merchandising while applying the FIFO method to reduce expiry/damages.
- Retain existing customers and identify new outlets to expand the customer base.
- Execute daily procedures and administration steps for smooth sales operations.
- Provide feedback on territory customers, competitive activity, and product performance to assist in marketing plan development.
- Follow up on invoices and statements to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Take responsibility for company assets (Vehicle, HHT, Printer, Racks, etc.) to avoid damages.
- Develop outlets and place racks strategically to sell the full range of products using a Planogram.
