We are seeking a MarTech/Growth Engineer to join our Growth Engineering team. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, and analytics. If you're a data-driven technologist passionate about scaling high-growth initiatives through cutting-edge marketing infrastructure, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MarTech Stack Ownership: Configure, optimize, and maintain tools like Tealium, Braze, Split.io, GTM, GA4, Firebase, Adjust/Kochava, Supermetrics, Instapage, and Zapier. Ensure interoperability across platforms.
  • Data Integration & Governance: Integrate first-party data from various sources, ensuring consistency and compliance. Build scalable data flows and maintain documentation.
  • Tracking & Attribution: Implement and QA web/app tracking for accurate funnel measurement and manage multi-touch attribution models.
  • Automation & Enablement: Build automated workflows to streamline campaign operations and enable personalized communications.
  • Insights & Analytics Enablement: Analyze data from MarTech systems to generate insights and collaborate on dashboards for marketing decision-making.
  • Quality & Compliance: Establish QA processes and support GDPR/CCPA compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Must-Have:
    • 5+ years of experience managing marketing technology stacks in digital-first companies.
    • Proficiency in tools like Tealium, Braze, Firebase, GTM, Adjust, and GA4.
    • Strong skills in JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and debugging tracking issues.
    • Experience with mobile tracking and performance marketing metrics.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Experience in PropTech or two-sided marketplaces.
    • Familiarity with composable MarTech architectures and privacy-first marketing strategies.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or a related field.
