As a Martech Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Martech stack, which includes tools like Amplitude Analytics, Segment CDP, Google Marketing Platforms, Adjust MMP, and Power BI. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Product teams, to ensure that data flows smoothly between systems, empowering marketing initiatives with clean, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the data layer for web and mobile apps (iOS, Android).
- Ensure accurate tracking of key events, properties, and user interactions across platforms.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand new data requirements and implement tracking solutions.
- Oversee the configuration, integration, and optimization of Martech tools such as Segment, Amplitude, GA4, Adjust, and Power BI.
- Manage data flows and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Integrate third-party tools with existing platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and accurate attribution.
- Perform regular technical audits of tracking systems to identify gaps and implement new data requirements.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and resolve discrepancies to ensure data accuracy across all systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for tracking specifications, data layer requirements, and platform integrations.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor data quality, attribution accuracy, and campaign performance.
- Provide guidance and training to business teams on how to effectively utilize Martech tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical role focused on data tracking, analytics, or marketing technologies.
- Proven experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Marketing Attribution technologies, and Product Analytics tools.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing data tracking systems for web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript) and experience with backend integrations (APIs, data syncing).
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms like Segment, Amplitude, GA4, Adjust, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and/or other data manipulation languages for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess data accuracy, integrity, and trends.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, IT, Product, and Data Science.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Redshift) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance best practices.
