Master Data Officer

About the Job: The company, headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline aiming to transform Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub. This digitally native airline plans to connect the kingdom to over 100 destinations.

In this role, you will be a key custodian of master data quality across core operational domains, including Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, and Inventory. Your responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and validating critical data objects to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance across systems and workflows.

You will collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, and IT teams to resolve data issues, support process continuity, and maintain alignment across systems. Your contributions will support data quality reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will assist in system transformation efforts such as data migration and readiness activities for ERP rollouts and enhancements while maintaining audit trails and upholding data governance standards.

About You:

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years of experience in master data management or related data operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end process domains such as STP, OTC, RTR, HTR, or Inventory.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, process mapping, and data quality improvement efforts.
• Working knowledge of Oracle financial systems and proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions, automation platforms, or the aviation industry is an advantage.
