Master Data Specialist

About the Role
In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating master data records accurately across various systems including ERP and CRM. Your focus will be on ensuring data integrity and consistency through regular audits and validations, which will support the overall data management strategy of the organization.

• Maintain and update master data records accurately across various systems including ERP and CRM.

• Support data migration and cleanup projects as needed.
• Develop and document master data management processes and best practices.
• Provide training and support to users on master data standards and procedures.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in master data management or data administration, or a diploma in a related field.
• Maintain and update master data using Excel tools, including XLOOKUP, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with data cleansing and validation tools is a plus.
