As a Lead MCX Solution Architect, you will define and lead the end-to-end design and deployment of mission-critical communication platforms for enterprise and industrial use. Your responsibilities will include:
- Architecting Mission Critical Services solutions (MCPTT/MCVideo/MCData) ensuring high availability and secure interoperability.
- Leading solution blueprints across networks and integration interfaces.
- Driving vendor selection and deployment governance, covering HLD/LLD, integration planning, and acceptance.
- Ensuring interoperability with dispatch systems and defining resilience architecture.
- Establishing compliance guardrails for MCX services, including security and auditability.
- Leading workshops and translating operational requirements into technical designs.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in delivering mission-critical platform design and deployment.
- Hands-on vendor experience with Hytera or similar MCX ecosystem partners.
- Strong knowledge of 3GPP Mission Critical Services, QoS, and session management.
- Experience producing HLD/LLD documentation and operational readiness frameworks.
- Strong capability in stakeholder leadership and multi-vendor technical delivery.
- Knowledge of the Nutanix platform is a plus.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience with Kubernetes, telco cloud, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to ETSI, 3GPP, and GSMA guidelines relevant to mission-critical communications.
- Understanding of radio planning and coverage constraints.
