As the MEA C&SP Project Execution Manager, you will manage large customer projects or work packages within very large projects, specifically those categorized as Category A. These projects involve a higher degree of software, services, and sustainability, alongside organizational and technical complexity and multi-business environments. You will be responsible for leading a project team of fewer than 10 people to ensure customer satisfaction and financial performance while managing relationships with customers and third parties in line with project scope.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and implementing execution strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organizing and managing the project team and suppliers, monitoring their progress according to scope, schedule, and budget until project completion.
- Ensuring effective communication within the team to foster coordination and motivation.
- Protecting the company's interests under the contract until all obligations are met.
- Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on project execution status, including progress and KPIs, to upper management.
- Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing action plans to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
- Building customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Taking full accountability for project profitability, ensuring compliance with company processes, quality instructions, and governance principles.

Qualifications:
- University Degree in Engineering and/or Business; a Master's degree is a plus.
- PMP-P certification is required.
- Fluency in English is a must; another language would be beneficial.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing Category A/B projects or sub-projects.
- Experience with equipment or transactional orders is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate close to customer decision-makers and flexibility to adjust project plans as needed.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with proven capabilities in a cross-cultural environment.
- A good understanding of cybersecurity risks and management related actions.
