This leader establishes engineering excellence across the organization by maintaining the application portfolio, driving the adoption of DevSecOps, developing engineering talent, and partnering with Business Owners, Agile Product Owners, Enterprise and Systems Architects, Legal and Compliance teams, and Release Train Engineers to accelerate the value delivered.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee the application portfolio for the organization.
- Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices throughout the engineering teams.
- Develop talent within the engineering team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Collaborate with Business Owners and Agile Product Owners to ensure alignment and effective delivery of projects.
- Work closely with Enterprise and Systems Architects to ensure technical alignment across the organization.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to align with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Engage with Release Train Engineers to streamline and improve delivery processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technology leadership role, particularly in applications engineering.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience interacting with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical excellence and culture change within an organization.
- Experience in managing and developing engineering teams effectively.
