You will support and execute a variety of events for the MEA market, helping to make them a strategic marketing tool targeting audiences relevant to Oracle at various stages of the buying cycle. The successful candidate will have proven experience in planning and implementing successful integrated events and marketing strategies, with clear measurements to highlight ROI such as sales pipeline impact and revenue.

Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute or guide execution of measurable, integrated event marketing.
- Support standardization, optimization, and productivity improvements across all elements of event delivery.
- Act as a key connection to the MEA Field Marketing Team within Oracle while being part of the EMEA Events Team to create event opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of each event and communicate results and plan for improvement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of event marketing discipline and integrated marketing, especially multi-channel digital marketing.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage internal stakeholder groups.
- Strong business acumen, analytical competency, and influencing skills.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans for technology companies.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English and a University Degree (Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred).
