The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) will play a crucial role in improving the quality of patients' lives through a business-driven approach in the oncology therapy area. This field-based position is responsible for establishing the company's scientific leadership by developing professional relationships with healthcare professionals, enhancing scientific understanding of our compounds, and delivering medical education. Responsibilities include training sales teams, supporting clinical studies, and responding to medical queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver updated medical information to healthcare professionals through various communication channels.
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of clinical studies that meet quality, cost, and time standards.
  • Provide monitoring services for studies, ensuring completion from outline to final report.
  • Participate in training and development of team members through knowledge-sharing and coaching.
  • Safeguard patients and the company by ensuring proper handling of adverse event reports.
  • Manage patient supply processes in compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Identify and integrate pharmacovigilance systems to meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Build interpersonal inclusion through self-awareness and active listening.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmacology.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Oncology or a related specialty.
  • Experience in a field medical role with a demonstrated ability to synthesize scientific information and communicate it effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills and project management abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong leadership capabilities.

Language Requirements: Bilingual proficiency may be preferred (specific languages not mentioned).
