The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) is responsible for providing solutions to improve the quality of patients' lives while adopting a business-driven approach for the therapy area. This field-based role involves the implementation of activities to establish the company’s scientific leadership, including developing professional relationships with healthcare professionals and enhancing the scientific understanding of the company compounds. Key responsibilities include delivering medical education, providing clinical support, training sales teams, and contributing to brand strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the company's updated medical information to healthcare professionals through various communication methods.
  • Ensure the conduct of clinical studies meets quality, cost, and time standards.
  • Monitor ongoing studies and facilitate the completion of studies from outline receipt to final report.
  • Train and develop team members by sharing knowledge and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations regarding adverse events and patient supplies.
  • Integrate pharmacovigilance systems to meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Foster inclusion through effective communication and teamwork.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmacology.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Oncology or a related specialty.
  • Strong ability to synthesize scientific information and communicate it effectively to healthcare professionals.
  • Previous experience in a field medical role is highly regarded.
  • Direct patient care experience or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
