This position is essential in orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end project execution, and ensuring that each Mega Release stands out across our network of operators, streamers, affiliates, and players.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of each Mega Release, from early planning and internal alignment to the final marketing push and post-launch optimization. Collaboration with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Streamer Relations, Compliance, and Operations teams is crucial to ensure flawless execution and maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management of Mega Releases: Own and drive the Mega Release project plan to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met, establishing and managing the overall release calendar.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with Account Management for marketing contributions and execute campaigns with the Streamers and Marketing Teams.
  • Marketing & Promotions Oversight: Ensure high-quality marketing assets are created, oversee social media campaigns, streamer events, and affiliate promotions.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Work with the Commercial Marketing Director and the Board of Directors to define budgets for Mega Release initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-launch retrospectives to gather learnings and propose innovative ideas for future Mega Releases.

What We Need From You:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Marketing; experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content production, and social media activations.
  • Skilled in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Trello).
  • Fluent in English (native or complete fluency required).
