Mehanty Support Analyst (UAE Nationals ONLY)

About the Job: The Mehanty Support Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for a range of sales support activities, which include analyzing sales outcomes, identifying opportunities, and creating proposals in collaboration with the Consumer Sales team. The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive support services to sales personnel and client segments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and service assistance to Relationship Managers for consolidated banking customers.
• Ensure all service queries are resolved in a timely manner.
• Resolve sales issues by identifying solutions based on technical experiences and precedents.
• Deliver quality service to customers and refer potential clients to Relationship Managers.
• Assist in achieving overall branch sales and service goals.
• Assess risk effectively when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while safeguarding the company, its clients, and assets.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
