- Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with our purpose of being Fitness Leaders.
- Provide guidance and support through innovative fitness products and services.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all members and staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the member experience and meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Passion for health and fitness with a strong commitment to member satisfaction.
- Experience in the fitness industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to inspire others.
