Responsibilities
- Engage and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals through personalized support and guidance.
- Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored exercise programs that cater to individual member needs.
- Lead a variety of group fitness classes and provide exceptional customer service to enhance members’ experience.
- Foster a positive and inviting club environment that encourages member retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with fitness trends and continuously develop professional skills to provide the best services to our members.
Requirements
- Certification in fitness training or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members of varying fitness levels.
- Passion for health and fitness, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Experience in a fitness environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to personal development and staying current with industry trends.
