About the Role
The Product organization is seeking a Product Manager to support the MENA Custody & Fund Administration Business. This role is crucial during an exciting period of transformation for our business, requiring experienced product managers with deep subject matter expertise to advance our initiatives. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the Custody & Fund Administration product definition, client engagement, solutioning, product enhancement efforts, strategic innovation, and the management of commercial growth and business development initiatives. The Global Custody business is entering a transformative phase marked by significant change and digital innovation in market infrastructures, where we aim to assume a leadership role in these marketplace shifts. Reporting to the head of MENA Product Management, you will focus specifically on the Americas region while leveraging your deep domain expertise in Global Custody.

Responsibilities
The Product Manager will:
- Collaborate closely with Middle East stakeholders to establish the strategy for the business and identify necessary investments.
- Document product definitions and standards for Custody & Fund Administration products, and work with Global Delivery teams to create a consistent operating model.
- Provide domain expertise for the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Partner with segments and coverage heads to represent the business to Middle East and cross-border clients utilizing the company’s products.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the core product.
- Maintain a track record of engagement with complex clients, crafting operating models, and translating requirements into functional capabilities for the company platforms.
- Hold product P&L responsibility to ensure optimal product performance.
Skills
- Possess deep subject matter expertise in the Custody & Fund Administration product suite, including Global Custody, Direct Custody, Fund Administration, Performance Management, and related FX and Cash products.
- Establish strong connections with market infrastructures.
- Demonstrate prior experience in product management, product development, or operational leadership roles.
- Have a history of successfully leading complex change initiatives.
- Exhibit familiarity with industry integration tools that enhance accountability across the investment lifecycle.
- Possess a working knowledge of data visualization tools.
Experience
- Bring at least 10 years of experience in Securities Services, ideally at a VP/ED level.
- Have previously worked within product organizations.
- Possess background experience in Operations and/or technology.
- Have consultative experience collaborating with institutional investors.
- Be a strong team player, comfortable collaborating across complex organizations and building partnerships.
