About the Role
This position is part of the sales team, primarily focused on maximizing our on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser. The role includes conducting in-store sampling sessions and promotions as needed. It is essential to adhere to planograms for both on and off-shelf displays, promptly reporting any non-compliance to the pre-seller. The merchandiser is also responsible for providing the pre-seller with the latest market information to capitalize on selling opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Call on specific OT outlets as per the daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
- Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores at various access points: shelf, stand, and floor display.
- Place POS material adjacent to our SSFL displays wherever applicable.
- Ensure all access points are merchandized according to approved planograms.
- Rotate products using the FIFO method and remove sub-standard items.
- Maintain a clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
- Monitor and report competitive activities.
- Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer/outlet.
- Report daily activities of the previous day to your supervisor.
- Participate in sampling/redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain an appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with the company's code of conduct.
