About the role
At the company, every new restaurant partner passes through our Operations team before it takes its first payment. As a Merchant Onboarding Intern in our Operations team, you will work closely with our Operations Manager in Qatar to get new restaurants live quickly and correctly, train their staff, and keep each restaurant’s setup accurate after launch.
The role is mainly customer-facing. You will speak with restaurant owners, managers, and POS providers every day and train restaurant staff on-site, so clear communication matters. You will also work hands-on in our admin systems, so you need to be comfortable with technology. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and wants to learn how a fast-growing fintech onboards and supports hundreds of merchants.
