We are seeking a hardworking Merchant Success Manager. In this role, you will develop and manage B2B sales, focusing on fintech companies. You will collaborate with the local team to execute critical initiatives and work with international counterparts on multi-market campaigns. Location: Riyadh Region (On-site)
Work Conditions: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

  • Understand and gain insights into the fintech ecosystem in MENA by analyzing data and analytics.
  • Create, own, and execute strategic approaches for partnerships to elevate each relationship.
  • Achieve quarterly GMV and number of merchants’ targets.
  • Create persuasive partnership presentations using insights, market trends, and case studies.
  • Build and maintain best-in-class partnerships across the services industry and advocate for the company’s interests externally within the creator community.
  • Work cross-functionally to fulfill strategic company goals, closely collaborating with the sales department and stock directory.
  • Set up virtual and live conferences and attend events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in fintech industry relations within the established internet industry in the region.
  • High level of written and spoken English; Arabic is preferable.
  • A consistent track record in fintech marketing and operations, with a deep understanding of the internet industry.
  • Strong background in internet and technology, proficient in the latest digital marketing techniques and adept at analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Well-organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines, paying outstanding attention to detail.
  • Experience working within both local Middle Eastern and global teams.
  • Excellent negotiating and presentation skills, along with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build and manage strong relationships.
  • A great teammate with a positive and humble attitude.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • English fluency is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of sales, marketing, or fintech experience.
