Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Design and Implementation:
- Design and develop microservices-based architecture for software-defined radio systems and supporting applications.
- Create scalable, resilient, and secure microservices for independent deployment.
- Establish architectural patterns and best practices for SDR applications.
- Develop reference architectures and implementation guidelines.

System Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration between microservices components.
- Design APIs for interoperability with legacy systems.
- Implement communication protocols for distributed services.

Security Architecture:
- Design and implement security measures for SDR systems.
- Incorporate advanced encryption into the architecture and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Implement secure communication channels for data transmission.

Waveform Development and Management:
- Design systems for dynamic waveform switching and configuration.
- Implement modules for signal processing and modulation/demodulation.

Performance Optimization:
- Optimize microservices for real-time processing.
- Implement efficient resource utilization strategies.

Containerization and Deployment:
- Design deployment strategies for microservices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment.

Resilience and Fault Tolerance:
- Design systems with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Create architectures that can operate in degraded environments.

Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor development teams in microservices implementation.
- Work with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
Education and Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of overall software development experience.
- At least 5-7 years of specialized experience in microservices architecture design.
- 3-5 years of experience with software-defined radio technologies or wireless communication systems.
Key Skills:
- Microservices architecture design and implementation.
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, Go).
- Understanding of RF principles and digital signal processing (DSP).
Certifications (Highly Desirable):
- Cloud Architecture: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- Security certifications like GIAC or CCSP.
- Containers/Orchestration certifications like Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
