Microsoft 365 Engineer

About the Job: The company, a development company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to join their IT department. The M365 Engineer will provide advanced-level support, troubleshooting, and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment. This role requires handling complex technical issues, designing and implementing solutions for optimal performance, and leading escalations from lower tiers of support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company Microsoft 365 tenant and day-to-day administration of services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Intune.
• Manage user and computer identities, roles, and permissions using Azure Active Directory and On-premises Active Directory.
• Provide support and resolve end-user email and access issues related to Office365 services.
• Administer Microsoft Teams and ensure compliance with security features across Microsoft 365.
• Automate daily tasks with PowerShell scripts and maintain awareness of updates, patches, and new features.
• Execute and support M365 migrations and tenant consolidation projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is preferred.
