Microsoft Developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to lead digital solution delivery using Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), and low-code/no-code (LCNC) tools like Joget, K2, Nintex, or Process Street. This role is central to enabling agile business automation and modern enterprise development within our IT Strategy & Architecture function.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable Microsoft-based apps and workflows.
• Develop automation and integration solutions across O365, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Guide junior developers, conduct reviews, and establish reusable components.
• Lead implementation of LCNC platforms (Joget, K2, Nintex, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders for rapid solution iteration and adoption.

Core Skills & Tools:

• Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric
• Joget, Process Street, K2, Nintex
• React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Azure Functions, REST APIs, GitHub, DevOps pipelines

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT
• Microsoft Power Platform certification preferred
• Strong full-cycle delivery across digital transformation projects
• Experience in solution architecture, automation, and low-code innovation

• Departmental adoption and user satisfaction scores
• Reduction in manual work through automation
• SLA adherence for integration and support
