Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Analyst

The company is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, configure, and extend our CRM platform by building integrations, plugins, and custom solutions that support critical business workflows. This position is ideal for individuals who excel at the intersection of business process and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to meet evolving business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations using Web API, REST, OData, Power Automate Connectors, and SOAP services.
• Develop and deploy plugins and custom workflows to extend platform functionality.
• Implement security models and authentication frameworks while adhering to best-practice governance standards.
• Design and automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Leverage Agentic AI tools (preferably Copilot) to enhance productivity and platform intelligence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Must Have:

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in building integrations (Web API, REST, OData, Power Automate Connectors, SOAP services).
  • Skills in plugin development using .NET, C#, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of security and authentication models.
  • Experience with Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with at least one Agentic AI tool (preferred: Copilot).

• Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, AI Builder.
  • Front-end skills including Angular, Bootstrap, React, PCF, HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Agentic AI concepts.
