Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Developer

The company is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Developer to join our team for a large-scale Online School Booking project. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, and JavaScript customizations.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems, REST APIs, and payment gateways.
• Implement security roles, business rules, and workflows.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Dynamics 365 CE
  • C#
  • .NET Framework / .NET Core
  • Power Platform & Power Automate
  • JavaScript
  • Dataverse
  • REST APIs
  • Azure Integration Services
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Plugins
  • Custom Workflows
  • Actions
  • Web Resources
  • Ribbon Customizations
  • Business Process Flows
• Experience integrating third-party applications and payment gateways.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
