As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Intercompany, and Consolidations. You will conduct end-to-end functional analysis, gathering requirements, process mapping, and creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs). Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), ensuring high-quality solution delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules.
- Conduct end-to-end functional analysis, including fit-gap assessments, requirement gathering, and process mapping.
- Oversee system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution design and user manuals.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Support integration efforts between D365 and other enterprise systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance implementations.
- Strong knowledge of financial modules: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Consolidations.
- Proven experience in leading full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and global taxation rules.
- Strong consulting skills with a track record of successful client engagements.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with other ERP Finance modules such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
- Exposure to Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft Dataverse is a plus.
