We are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer for our Qatar operations. The role requires a professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, integrations, and custom development. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, including release waves, Copilot/AI features, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Azure integration, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Configure and customize Dataverse, including tables/entities, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, charts, business rules, business process flows, security roles, teams, and field security.
- Develop Power Apps, including Model-driven and Canvas Apps.
- Manage Power Automate flows, approvals, integrations, and automate business processes.
- Utilize programming skills to develop with C#, Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS and Dynamics 365/Dataverse SDK.
- Implement third-party API integrations using Dataverse Web API, REST/OData, JSON, and OAuth.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Blob Storage/API Management is desirable.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365/Power Platform Solutions, including Publishers, Managed/Unmanaged Solutions, Environment Variables, Connection References, and ALM.
- Utilize Azure DevOps/Git for CI/CD and Power Platform Pipelines.
- Generate reports using Power BI, SSRS, and FetchXML.
- Engage in data migration, data mapping, integration and master data management.
- Familiar with Power Pages and preferably legacy Power Apps Portals.
- Stay informed on Microsoft Copilot/AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Evaluate and adopt new Microsoft releases and modern alternatives to legacy customizations.
- Ensure best practices in Dynamics 365 security, performance, scalability, and governance.
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, technical specifications preparation, estimations, and support solution architecture.
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Knowledge of legacy Dynamics CRM integrations and WCF
