We are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer for our operations in Qatar. This role is designed for candidates with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, integrations, and custom development. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, including release waves, Copilot/AI features, ALM, Azure integration, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE applications.
- Work extensively with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and preferably Field Service.
- Configure and customize Dataverse, including tables/entities, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, charts, business rules, business process flows, security roles, teams, and field security.
- Develop Power Apps, including Model-driven and Canvas Apps.
- Manage Power Automate flows, approvals, integrations, and business process automation.
- Demonstrate strong development experience with C#, Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Dynamics 365/Dataverse SDK.
- Work with Dataverse Web API, REST/OData, JSON, OAuth, and third-party API integrations.
- Utilize Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Blob Storage/API Management as needed.
- Possess a robust understanding of Dynamics 365/Power Platform Solutions, Publishers, Managed/Unmanaged Solutions, Environment Variables, Connection References, and ALM.
- Preferably use Azure DevOps/Git, CI/CD, and Power Platform Pipelines.
- Experience with Power BI, SSRS, and FetchXML reporting is a plus.
- Handle data migration, data mapping, integration, and master data management tasks.
- Familiarity with Power Pages; legacy Power Apps Portals experience is advantageous.
- Keep abreast of Microsoft Copilot/AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and evaluate new Microsoft releases.
- Assess and adopt recommended/modern alternatives to legacy customizations.
- Maintain strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security, performance, scalability, governance, and best practices.
- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, prepare technical specifications, provide estimates, and support solution architecture.
- Exhibit strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
