Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant will be involved in various project activities including Requirement Gathering and Gap Fit Analysis, along with Solution Design and configurations. Key responsibilities will include:

• Experience in integrations with other enterprise systems like ERP and LOB on-premise and online systems.
• Familiarity with integrations with MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration, and AD Synchronization.
• Data Migration experience using Scribe/SSIS or similar tools.
• Extending Dynamics CRM via plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• A solid understanding of the CRM security model.
• Experience in creating out-of-the-box (OOB) CRM and Custom/SSRS reports.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing MS Dynamics CRM, including CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM products, particularly entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
• Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects, especially Java-scripting and installation.
• Proficiency in core .NET technology and SSRS.
• Competence in CRM Functional areas including Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management functionality.
